A Soul's Perspective on the Chaos We're Facing

With everything happening in the U.S. right now, I’ve been struggling to trust and surrender to the unknown. I often find myself caught up in the fear and outrage of it all.

So, I decided to paint on it and see what came through. It still feels a little jumbled, but here’s what I got:

Although things feel very heavy, uncertain, and scary right now, I rest in the knowledge that this reality is only a moment—a blip in the soul evolution of the collective consciousness. We must first uncover the shadow if we are to heal it. The outrage, fear, and distress I feel are just human reactions to the current reality that I perceive from my human perspective. 

My purpose at this time is to walk the line between soul perspective and human perspective—to bring as much love and light from the soul perspective as possible while helping from the human perspective where I can. 

I am one point of Divine consciousness, here to experience, process, and transmute the feelings and emotions coming up from the shadow. When we collectively come together to join our efforts to process and transmute this dense energy, humanity as a whole rises.

My biggest takeaway? These times are heavy and dense, and it’s okay to be in that space sometimes. In fact, it’s part of why we chose to incarnate at this time, to recognize the darkness and bring light and love to it.

The vision I had while painting and writing this was of all of us—each with our own unique yet connected beams of Source Energy light—digesting or filtering the dense energy rising up in the world right now. We are here to feel it, fully and completely, so that it can be processed, transmuted, and released. This is how the collective consciousness rises. This is how we move into the next level of human evolution.
